How far in advance do I need to place an order?

Due to the complexity of our products, we require 5 days in advance for any orders. We will try our best to accommodate your order if you require them sooner.

I need a cake urgently, can I place a rush order?

Because of the complexity of our products, we typically can’t take rush orders. Please reach out as we may have some available.

Can I make an adjustment to my order?

We get it, things come up and changes need to be made. Please reach us as soon as possible. Because of the complexity of the products, adjustments can be made up to 48hrs prior to when you need your cakes.

Do you make custom cakes?

Our products are carefully curated, so we do not provide any adjustments to flavours. In some circumstances, we can adjust the colour of the frosting to suit your theme. Please contact us with reference to your order number and we’ll see what can be done.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes! $5 delivery fee within Pickering, Ajax, and Whitby.

Where are you located?

We are located in, and service the Durham region. If you’re not within the Durham region, fret not...we are always up for working something out!

Do you offer peanut-free or nut-free products?

Our products are nut friendly. While we aren’t certified nut free, we always take extra precautions in our preparations to help ensure no cross contamination.  

Do you offer dairy-free, egg-free, or vegan products?

At this time, we do not offer specialty dietary Cakecups.

Do your cakes contain gelatin or alcohol?

Our Cakecups do not contain any gelatin or alcohol.
